Rhubarb Brown Sauce

Rhubarb isn’t just for sweet dishes; here we use it to make our delicious Sticky Business Brown Sauce, with a sweet and sour flavour that pairs perfectly with a variety of savoury dishes. It’s great on sandwiches as a tangy alternative to pickle, and of course, it’s brilliant on chips!

Ingredients: Rhubarb (28%), demerara sugar, red onion, red wine vinegar (sulphites), apple, sultanas (high oleic sunflower oil), dried cranberry (high oleic sunflower oil), fresh ginger, chilli, garlic, ground ginger, paprika, salt.
