Chuckleberry Jam

Our Chuckleberry Jam is a superbly flavoured, sharp and vibrant preserve. A perfect blend of sweetness and tartness. Chuckleberries are a unique and relatively new berry, which are a hybrid of redcurrants, gooseberries and jostaberries. To make things even more fun, jostaberries are themselves a hybrid of blackcurrants and gooseberries.

Perfect for stirring into porridge, spreading on toast, or paired with a creamy cheese.

Ingredients: Chuckleberries (50%), British sugar, fresh lemon juice.
