Our Gooseberry & Elderflower Jam is a beautifully fragrant and delicately balanced preserve, that combines tart and tangy green gooseberries, with the floral sweetness of our Sticky Business Elderflower Cordial.
One of our favourite ways to eat it, is on a well toasted crumpet with lots of butter and big spoonful of jam.
Ingredients: Gooseberries (55%), British sugar, Sticky Business Elderflower Cordial (5%) (elderflowers, lemons, British sugar, water, citric acid), fresh lemon juice.
