Our Blackcurrant and Lime Jam is a deliciously tangy and rich preserve, combining the deep, fruity intensity of blackcurrants with the bright, citrusy zing of lime.
It is perfect for spreading on toast, spooned onto a crumpet, or pair it with some fresh cream to generously fill a homemade Victoria Sandwich Cake.
Ingredients: Blackcurrants (50%), British sugar, fresh lime juice & zest (3%).
